Dear Foxborough Public Schools Community,
We are excited to share the Foxborough Public Schools 2025–2030 Plan for Success, a comprehensive roadmap that will guide our vision for the next five years. This plan was developed through a collaborative process that engaged the voices of students, parents and guardians, educators, staff, administrators, and community members. Your voices shaped this plan, and your commitment to our students and schools has been invaluable.
Each group contributed valuable insights, perspectives, and aspirations to help shape the future of Foxborough Public Schools. Through purposeful dialogue, data analysis, and insights gathered from surveys and focus groups, we have worked to be forward-thinking and prepared to navigate the complexities of today’s ever-changing landscape.
Strategic planning in schools serves a vital purpose: it provides clarity and focus, aligning resources and efforts toward long-term priorities that enhance student learning, strengthen community partnerships, and foster continuous improvement. This plan represents more than words on a document as it is a shared commitment to collaborate and create a future where every Foxborough student can thrive.
At the heart of the 2025–2030 Plan is our vision that our students are empowered to learn, inspired to explore, and motivated to achieve. This vision, together with our core values and a guiding theory of action, will anchor our work. More specifically, the plan identifies three robust overarching objectives, each supported by strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes designed to ensure success for all learners.
1. Learning and Leading - Ensure student success across PreK–12 through innovative instruction and responsive systems that meet the diverse needs of all learners.
2. Supporting the Whole Child - Provide inclusive, whole-child support across Pre-K–12 to meet the academic, social-emotional, and well-being needs of all learners.
3. Supporting Safe, Innovative and Inclusive Schools - Ensure a safe, well-maintained, and innovative learning environment with resources and staffing that meet our educational goals
Our dedication to this work stems from a shared commitment to improving outcomes for every Foxborough student while supporting the growth and development of our staff and educational leaders. By aligning our efforts with this vision, we will continue to foster excellence and innovation across our schools.
The real work rests with all of us and will depend on all of us to bring this plan to life. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the contributions from our Strategic Planning Committee.
